However after the events of the past weeks and after a lot of consideration, I now believe that the situation with regard to Bristol Palin has substantially changed. Bristol is now eighteen and since she has placed herself directly in the media spotlight by allowing herself to be interviewed by Greta Van Susteren and since it appears that she may have deliberately misled viewers in that interview as to the state of her relationship with the father of her child (among other things) I have decided that it is time to take off the kid gloves and apply the same treatment with regard to her as I have applied to her mother.From the outset of this investigation we have focused on casting serious doubt on whether Sarah Palin was pregnant in 2008. To that end I think that we have achieved that through photo analysis, by the close scrutiny of her many conflicting statements regarding the pregnancy, by noting her contradictory behavior on numerous occasions and lastly through the revelation of the sheer implausibility of the wild ride.Despite these considerations, and because Sarah has the benefit of doubt on her side, some people remain unconvinced that she did not give birth to Trig and that she is indeed his natural birth mother. Because of this I have no choice but to try to prove something more difficult, which is, who actually did give birth to Trig.

"I'm the mayor, I can do whatever I want until the courts tell me I can't."As governor she has even more power, but since accepting the candidacy for vice president she has come under closer scrutiny. Her many failings and shortcomings became more public, people started asking more questions.With power come responsibility and accountability, two concepts that appear to be totally alien to Sarah Palin.She had the chance to govern responsibly, she was popular and could have done many good things for Alaska. She campaigned on a platform of transparency and accountability but failed miserably to live up to either of these promises.Sarah Palin cannot blame the people of Alaska for doing precisely what she advocated during her campaign for governor. They are calling her bluff.And she won't be able to complain when the rest of the country place her administration under a microscope if she decides to run for the presidency in 2012 either.A lot of people may not like her as a person, but that's incidental to the plot. Nobody would raise public concerns if she wasn't the governor of Alaska.Nobody is challenging her as a person, people are challenging her record. On August 29th, one day after Barack Obama's inspiring speech at Invesco Field , my life took another turn as it did for all Alaska bloggers when Gov. Sarah Palin was chosen to be John McCain's VP running mate. Since then, I've either assisted or have been interviewed by media from the UK, Italy, Australia and Germany as well as national media outlets such as Wall Street Journal, NY Times, ABC Good Morning America's Kate Snow, National Journal, Dallas Morning News, LA Times, and NPR. Presently, I work full-time as a freelance writer, PR, event coordinator, community organizer, wife to computer programmer Josh and mother to 11-year-old Morrigan. Sherry Whitstine of "Syrin's Blog" is a conservative blogger from Wasilla, Alaska who has criticized Governor Sarah Palin on her blog. The Chicago Tribune quoted Whitstine as saying that John McCain's decision to chose Palin for his vice-presidential running mate was "probably the worst mistake of his entire life."1

There were received two separate emails from two very credible sources that have alledged that the Palin administration is interviewing employees at the Department of Public Safety to find out what they know about the Monegan firing.Here are the excerpts from those emails:"The governor has directed the AG to conduct an ‘under oath’ inquisition of everyone at DPS to find out what they know and what they might tell the special investigator. This is totally out of bounds. I won’t say illegal, but some folks I trust say it is illegal use of the AGs office by the governor. Cockerham has been tipped on this one, but I don’t know if the folks at DPS are willing to say anything.""This is quasi public information now, but I thought I would pass it on:Dept. of Law has been interviewing individuals likely to be questioned by Branchflower. The interviews by law were conducted before branchflower could interview them and at least one, John Glass, was conducted with attorneys present for the interviewee. I was told they may have even been conducted under oath.Hollis has been informed. Apparently he is not pleased. This kind of stuff could be construed as witness tampering. It's also interesting that the state would sit on it's hands while the FBI investigates for fear of interfering, but when it comes to this investigation the head of the anchorage criminal section of DOL is interviewing the acting commissioner of DPS.
